100% human?

http://www.iep.utm.edu/s/soc-cont.htm

I'm not sure if this counts as a culture other than my own. Anyways I was inspiried to blog about this certain question of the "social contract"

What Rousseau and Voltaire of the famous minds in all of england, argued was their beliefs on the governmental system and why it is here. What Rousseau argued was that "man was naturally good but becomes corrupted by the pernicious influence of human society and institutions" meaning that Man is normally good willed but under the influences of human society, many things have developed. So in order to control the beast that has become corrupt people must compromise their beliefs and such to other's people's beliefs and wants.

So I'm decideing to blog about what it would be like if there wasn't any human societies.

But then I've figured out that there wouldn't be anyone who would be able to stay like that. because there are people who are good at some things, as there are resources that must be regulated. and to control the intake of resources someone must be given a title or a certain role as to make sure that, there would be enough water to go around, or food or protection. Unless there are people who wouldn't do that, they would be kicked out of society and forced to live by themselves due to their dislike of sharing. I'm guessing that alone this person would eventually die, and fail to survive.
