#2 (late again....)

Driving Psycology and Trends.

I read in an article in the newspaper somewhere about the negative effects of the Smartcars over the Gas-Guzzlers, I was curious about this because I've always been supportive of the smart cars for the nature.
Appartenly no matter how much electricity is put into a smart car it won't sound anywhere near as loud or "cool" as a normal car. Some people also like the idea of speed and power, so there may be a decrease in subconcious motivation for workers who bike or use smart cars. There was a study on the people who owned cars to people who owned smart cars. Apparently in the morning at least there was a signifigant difference in work ethic and speed. Smart car owners apparently didn't have a feeling of power or speed, as thier cars can go only so fast.
Another study on shows that both female and male's Testosterone rose to decently high levels when hearing a car's engine rev up and start moving. Its another one of those daily wants that everyone owns, however this type of hearing want isn't musical or anything, it's a more subconcious feeling of adreniline and emotion that most people don't really know.
