Punch!, by Rie Takada
another series of a japanese graphic model. Where's the very common series and storyline of your normal japanese graphic novel.
The Story Begins with a Midget of a girl recieveing a note from her previous boyfriend saying that he wishes to break up with her due to Elle Nagahara's fiance Ruo. Both Ruo's and Elle's grandparents wanted their children to marry since they were ultimate rivals and friends, but they both had sons so their grandchildren were set up at an early life, and Ruo drew off any guy that would get near Elle. Apparently this has happened many of times, Elle, being the daughter of one of the world champion boxers has always been covered in blood, sweat, and tears from "beaten to death" challangers of her grandfather's gym. Elle Nagahara wanting a normal life and boyfriend continues looking for one, however, Ruo, Elle's fiance always get in her way and with the help of his tougher-than-normal goons, scares the other males away from Elle. Elle continues to be trapped in despare for most of her days of being boyfriendless Until one time, accidentally the name of a highschool boy she had seen as strong escaped from her mouth when Ruo once more pestered her about any new boyfriend. Kazuki the name of a street punk whose eyes are always covered by his hoodie was defeated after Ruo had aggrivated him to throw a fist. Elle, thinking she ought to apologize went to him and explained the whole situation , and still after she had explained, she hadn't been able to tell whether or not he was angry. The next day Kazuki, the Bishounen finally appears as he takes off his hood, came to The Nagahara Gym and demanded to join it. Ruo once again being always protective of Elle get's ticked off, and puts up his fists to fight. They both step into the practice ring and start circling each other "What going on here?!?!" Gigi says, finally making his commander appearance. Gigi is the owner of the gym and of course Elle's granfather.
Two guys fighting over one girl, the normal love hate love relationship.
